Private Hire

Why not Hire our venue for just your party guests?

Our private parties are available on Friday evenings (5:30-7:30pm) and Sundays (10am to 12pm, 12.30pm to 2.30pm or 3pm to 5pm). They are the perfect way to avoid the hustle and bustle of a usual play day!

With the Centre to yourself, you can invite up to 60 children to your party!

£100.00 private hire fee,

Minimum 15 children required for a private party, maximum 65 children.



A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of £50 is required for standard party bookings and £100 for private parties.     
This will be deducted from your final balance.
We do not accept provisional bookings.

Please be aware that external entertainers (face painters/mascots) are only allowed during Exclusive Parties.

Adult Sandwich Platters - £18.00
Our sandwich platters contain 6 whole sandwiches cut into quarters, with ham, cheese or tuna mayo filling on a mixture of white or brown bread. Served with salad.

Adult Pizza Platters - £20.00
Our delicious pizza platters have a selection of 3 large pizzas.  (Bookable 48 hours in advance - limited to 2 pizza platters).

Adult Breakfast Platter - £20.00
For parties with an early start, why not fill up your guests with our yummy breakfast platter, containing Pain au Chocolat, Croissants, Crumpets and Teacakes.  (Limited to 2 platters).

Bowls of Adult Crisps - £5.00

To ensure that we comply with current social distancing requirements the following guidelines apply to parties with immediate effect:


The maximum number of children in a party is 20 (this includes the party child) - no exceptions will be made to this rule, if your party is going to exceed 20+ children you will need to book an exclusive party.


To ensure social distancing can be maintained in the main play area we are asking that only one adult accompanies each party guest. 



We ask that the number of adults entering the party room with the children is kept to a minimum and that masks are worn where possible by adults.

JUNGLE BOOGIE – PARTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions apply when making a booking at Jungle Boogie:

• A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of £50 (Monday - Saturday) or £100 for our Exclusive parties (Friday evenings and Sunday’s) is required to    secure your party booking.

• Once your deposit is received, it will be deemed that you fully accept all Party Terms and Conditions.

• The full balance will be due on the day of your party and must be paid before you leave the venue.

• Please adhere to our minimum and maximum party numbers:
  • Weekday (School term-time only) – minimum 6 children, maximum 20, 1 adult per party guest (2 adults for the party child), all additional adults will be charg at £3.00 each.
  • Saturday and School Holidays – minimum 10 children, maximum 20, 1 adult per party guest (2 adults for the party child), all additional adults will be charged at £3.00 each.
  • Exclusive hire only – minimum 15 children, maximum 65
  • These numbers INCLUDE the birthday child(ren)
  • For health and safety reasons the maximum number of children for parties is strictly adhered to, NO exceptions will be made.
  • The minimum number of children do not need to attend – but you will be charged for the minimum number.
• Age/Height restrictions:
  • For our Jungle Cubs and Jungle Parties (Monday – Saturday) the maximum age for all children is 8 years.
  • For our exclusive hire parties the maximum age for all children attending is 9 years old.
  • For ALL children the maximum height allowed in our frame is 140cm (4’ 5”).

• Final numbers should be provided approximately five days before your party, but no later than 24 hours prior – to ensure the smooth           running of your party.

• The party organiser should arrive approximately 5 minutes before the party start time to greet party guests. At the party finish time, we kindly ask that you and your guests proceed to reception to sign out, to allow the next party to begin promptly.

• Siblings/children not on the guest list will be charged the normal admission fee and will not be catered for with regards to food or seating in the party room. Should the party organiser wish to add the sibling to the party experience normal party prices will apply. Should you wish siblings not to be admitted with an invited guest it is YOUR responsibility to inform guests in advance of the party.

• Jungle Boogie is an unsupervised play area. A MINIMUM of one adult per five children is required to provide adequate supervision. Please ensure that you have emergency contact details for parent/carers of the children under your supervision. Jungle Boogie will not accept responsibility for any accidents that occur due to unsupervised play.

• By booking a party at Jungle Boogie, you fully accept our RULES OF PLAY. These can be viewed in our reception area or in the ‘Plan your visit’ section of this website. It is compulsory that all party guests adhere to these rules throughout the party.

• We recommend that our young guests wear long sleeved tops and trousers to prevent friction burns on the slide.

• All shoes must be removed before entering the play frame. SOCKS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES. Any child that is not wearing socks will not be permitted to play. Socks may be purchased at reception if required.

• Jungle Boogie may cater for children with allergies under the guidance of parent/carers. However, we accept no responsibility for an allergic reaction which may occur as a result.

Only food and drink purchased at Jungle Boogie may be consumed on the premises. We do not allow outside food or drink to be bought in for guests. Birthday cake can be bought to be cut up and eaten away from Jungle Boogie.

• Jungle Boogie has a strict no alcohol policy.

• For Health and Safety reasons, any theming/decorations that you would like displayed at your child’s party must be put up by a member of staff.

• Photography and video equipment must be restricted to the child(ren) in your care.

• External entertainers (mascots, face painters, etc.) are not permitted for our Jungle Cubs and Jungle parties (Monday – Saturday). Entertainers are permitted for our exclusive hire parties (Friday evening & Sunday) – we must be provided with a copy of their public liability insurance the week before your party, Jungle Boogie reserves the right to deny entry should we feel the entertainer is unsuitable.

Cancellations:

• All party deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE
• Any bookings that are cancelled less than fourteen days prior to the party date, will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of your total party cost.
